🎤 Bubu Jay discovered his voice singing gospel as a child. Over the years, he refined a soulful vocal range full of nuance that, combined with rap and reggae, makes him one of the most versatile artists in today’s Afro-Hispanic scene. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he has performed in Germany, France, and across the Iberian Peninsula, bringing his message of unity and awareness to diverse audiences.
His live show moves naturally from melodic roots reggae to high-energy dancehall, without losing the nu-soul essence that defines him. Tracks like “Roots & Culture” or “Walking In Soul” showcase his ability to glide over warm riddims and strike with bars full of feeling.
